This sounds like a tormenting game, since you have to play it once a day.  No hope of winning -1 a day, always +1 a day is the result.  An endless cycle that MUST be played.  If the wearer cannot decrease his captivity in other ways he will have to play a game as a requirement just to remain locked.  Seems like wicked fun, of course in my opinion.

The idea of sports betting seems to be just enough added fun/frustration.  No monetary wager will be the same as a chastity wager.  Sounds like fun!
